Accumulation Tables
Accumulation tables are used as temporary storage for bottles or containers. These systems are an efficient method to even out rates among the production line, allow upstream to continue production while downstream is halted, and facilitate product removal for packing. Special Projects International offers used accumulation tables from well-known manufacturers like Pneumatic Scale, Garvey, Nercon, and more. The different types of accumulation tables we offer are categorized and described below.

Rectangular Bi-Directional Accumulation Table
Bi-directional accumulation tables are often used in production lines to provide temporary storage space for products when normal production flow is interrupted due to momentary product blockage, malfunction, or machine adjustment. Bi-directional accumulation tables come in a variety of sizes and construction to best suit your process’ needs.

Rectangular Flow Through Accumulation Table
The flow through accumulation table provides a large surface area for in-line accumulation of many containers. This type of accumulation table saves space by reducing the length of conveyor required. For example, a 15.5’ long x 8’ wide flow through accumulation table can achieve as much accumulation as a 100’ long x 15” wide conveyor.

Rotary Accumulation Table
Rotary accumulation tables are used in conveyor lines for gathering, sorting, and ordering products. Rotary accumulation tables are often installed at the end of a bottle packaging line to provide an outlet for the finished product to collect in preparation for packing. Additionally, rotary accumulation tables prevent the bottles from backing up and slowing down the packaging process.
