Used Filler equipment

Fillers or filling machines fill a liquid or solid into a package or container. They are used in the food and beverage, chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. Liquid fillers can fill liquids of varying viscosities and solid fillers can fill dry powder or granular product. Gravity, gross-weight, level-sensing, overflow, piston, pressure, net weight, siphon, and vacuum fillers are a few of the types of fillers commonly used. Gravity fillers have a storage tank above the containers and use gravity to fill. Gross-weight fillers measure the weight of the product filled in the container. Level-sensing fillers shut off filling after reaching a fill level. Overflow fillers fill to a certain level as well but any overflow returns to the filling process. Piston fillers use a cylinder and piston to fill a fixed volume. Pressure fillers, or positive displacement fillers, pump the product into the container. Statistical net weight fillers hold product in buckets and fill from the buckets the machine determines will add to the correct fill weight. Siphon fillers use siphoning to fill and are the simplest type of filler. Vacuum fillers pull a vacuum on the container which draws the product into the container.
