Used Tamper Evident Sealer equipment
Tamper Evident Sealers
Tamper evident sealers are container sealing machines that are designed to seal a container so that a consumer can be confident the container was not opened after leaving the packaging line. Special Projects International offers different types of tamper evident sealers from well-known manufacturers like Enercon, Kalish, and Marburg. The different types of used tamper evident sealers we offer are listed and described below.
Induction Cap Sealer
Induction cap sealers are machines that are designed to create a hermetic (air tight) seal on a container. First, a filled container with a cap that is fitted with a foil liner enters the induction cap sealer where a controlled electromagnetic field transfers energy to the foil in the cap, creating heat. This heat melts the sealing material on the foil liner. As the sealant cools, the liner adheres to the neck of the container to create a hermetic seal.
Neck Bander
Neck banders are industrial machines that are designed to create a sealed band around the neck of bottles, vials, jars, tins, cans, and other round or tapered containers. These machines accept capped containers, and as the containers are carried through the machine, a shrink band is automatically applied around the neck of the container without slowing down the process line. Neck banders are commonly found in the food, beverage, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical industry.
