Disintegrators
In-line disintegrators are industrial machines that are designed to perform continuous in-line size reduction, dispersion and mixing of liquids, slurries, and suspensions. These machines consist of a mixing chamber with hard-faced, rigid rotating hammers that subject feed material to repeated impact and attritional force. The basic mixing action is achieved by the intense turbulence and high shear rate created by the machine. Disintegrators are used in many types of food processing facilities for vegetable, fruit, corn, meat, and many more applications.
