Enrobers

Coating Pan
Coating pans are machines that are designed to form an aqueous or organic film around any kind of pellets and tablets or micro granules. They are also widely used to sugar-coat tablets. Coating pans consist of a tilted drum equipped with sprayers to apply the coating material. Coating pans ensure consistent exterior coating, and are commonly used in the food industry to coat candy like jelly beans, chocolate-coated candies, etc. These machines are also used in the pharmaceutical industry to coat pills for accurate release time.

Seasoning Drum
Seasoning drums are machines that are designed to apply seasonings to snack foods such as popcorn and chips.

Meat Tumbler
Meat tumblers, also called massage tumblers, vacuum tumblers, and marinating tumblers, are machines designed to evenly distribute marinade across meat to promote salt soluble proteins to the surface ad increase the water binding capacity. This machine helps to infuse seasoning into the proteins of the meat for a more flavorful product.
