Rotex carbon steel screener model # 12 A MMML, serial # R209438A. The deck is 15 1/2" wide by 36" long. 3 7/8 sq ft screen area. The motor is 1/2-1/3 hp and requires 208-230/460-190/380 vac 3 ph electricity. The inlet is 5 3/8" in diameter. The inspection port is 9 1/4" in diameter. The three outlets are 5 3/8" in diameter. Built in 2009. Four extra screens, two measuring 34" by 39" and two measuring 39 1/2" by 19", and some extra parts are included. Overall dimensions 27" wide by 82" long by 27" tall.Rotex
