Shick Model 18AJ4, Serial # FC-9364-12 carbon steel Auto-Jet Filter designed to effectively separate pneumatic conveyed products from a pressure air stream. Dust infused air enters the unit and passes through a filter bag housing to the clean air plenum and then is expelled near the top of the unit. An electric timer sequentially activates valves which direct a concise burst of compressed air into the bags causing accumulated dust to be released from the bags and fall into the vessel. Hopper flange is 20" wide x 31.5" long. Hopper side door is 8" x 8". Bottom hopper flange is 8". Hopper has 1.5" coupling. Filter section has 6" top flanged nozzle. Overall size is 42" wide x 45" long x 94.75" tall. Unit has 4.5 sq. Feet cloth area with two bags. Unit is carbon steel.Shick
