Quickdraft carbon steel centrifugal fan. Model MH456. Serial number C-68249. Blower has a 10.5" diameter inlet and a 5-7/16" x 3.5" outlet with a "T" connector with a 3.5" diameter outlet and a 6" diameter outlet. The blower fan blade is 17" diameter x 2" wide. Has a 15 hp 3525 rpm motor. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
