This is a Showa Denki Co. model C1V10-R2S2AM centrifugal fan. Serial number 102479. It was made in 1990. It has overall dimentions of 41" wide by 55" long by 32" high. Its inlet has a 14" diameter and its outlet is 8" by 16". The motor is 10 hp (7.5 kW) and needs 480 vac 12.5 amps to achieve 1745 rpm. The fan runs at 4150 rpm and has a volume of 80 m^3/min (2,825 cfm)
