A-B-C Packaging model 81-GL automatic, continuous motion, glass and plastic bottle, neck down, decaser rated from 10 to 50 cases per minute - depending on materials and application. This unit is designed for case sizes: 9" to 21" in length, 8" to 16" in width, and 3-5/8" to 14" in height. Unit is equipped with a case timing infeed conveyor, mechanical flight bars for case transfer, four flap openers, an incline empty case conveyor, an inline empty case discharge, and an accumulation table with a single file product discharge conveyor that has adjustable guide rails and Lexan safety guarding. This unit is belt driven by a dual motor system. There is one 1/2 hp, 1140 rpm motor and one 3 hp, 1760 rpm motor - both require 230/460 vac, 3 ph electrcity. Overall dimensions are approximately 68" wide x 366" long x 100" high. Serial no. 21832
