Rotary elliptical lobe positive displacement for whole grapes or pomace, destemmed or not. There are no manufacturer tags. Appears to be Volupompa 100 or similar unit. The gentle pumping action does not break stems and minimizes seed rupture for the optimum quality. Contrcuted of 304 stainless steel. Unit has a dump 20" x27" bin with 9" feed screw. Volupoma 100 is rated for 9 to 11 tons per hour. Screw and pump are drive a by a mechanical variable speed drive. It comes with wheels and handle for ease of moving.
