Lawrence Equipment 10 cu ft stainless steel automatic dough feeder. The dough feeder hopper cuts a pre-measured amount of dough for a volumetric dough divider. The dough hopper is approximately 10 cu ft with a 10" x 24" outlet and a pneumatic knife slide valve. The hopper support structure is incomplete because it attaches to the Lawrence proofer (SPC 5776). Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply and pneumatic air supply.
