Vacudyne Corporation tobacco conditioning unit.Fumigator. Serial # J71-53 . The unit uniformly adds or removes amounts of moisture to bulk products such as tobacco, starches, etc. This is accomplished by added steam heat, evacuating using vacuum and repeating as necessary. Unit requires 130 psig steam , 460 vac 3 ph electric and 60 gpm 70f water supplies. Maximum steam temperature of 200f and a maximum of 25" hg vacuum. Unit is equipped with vacuum jet and steam condensing unit with 1 hp recirculating pump. The interior space measures 9' 3" long x 5' wide and 6' 6" tall. Unit is also equipped with hinged ramp at the door. Good condition.
