Tanks
Industrial tanks are manufactured in various different designs for a wide range of purposes. Special Projects International offers many different types of tanks from well-known manufacturers. The different types of used tanks we offer are listed and described below.
Vertical Tank
Vertical tanks are vessels that stand vertically. This style of tank has many industrial uses including mixing, heating or cooling, and storing. Special Projects offers vertical tanks made from stainless steel, carbon steel, fiberglass, polypropylene, polyethylene, and glass-line carbon steel. Our inventory of vertical tanks has a wide range of volume/capacity, pressure ratings, and styles. We offer vertical tanks with open or closed tops as well as conical, convex, dish, dome, flat, hemispherical, or slope bottoms. Many of our vertical tanks have dimpled jackets, coil jackets, or conventional jackets for temperature control. Additionally, some of our vertical mixing tanks come equipped with an appropriate agitator.
Horizontal Tank
Horizontal tanks are usually used as storage tanks for industrial purposes. Special Projects offers horizontal tanks constructed from stainless steel and carbon steel. Our inventory of horizontal tanks has a wide range of volume/capacity, pressure ratings, and styles. We offer horizontal tanks with glycol jackets, low pressure jackets, dimpled jackets, spiral jackets, and more.
Liquid Tote
Liquid totes are mid-capacity storage containers designed specifically for use with free flowing to viscous fluids. Liquid totes are designed and constructed to handle various liquid commodities from water, chemicals, wastes, solvents and paints, to foods and beverages. Special Projects offers a variety of different-sized liquid totes made out of stainless steel, aluminum, and polypropylene.
Tub
Tubs are pieces of industrial equipment used for temporary storage or transportation around a warehouse or other large facility. Tubs are often simple open-top, flat bottom containers that are equipped with wheels. Special Projects offers tubs constructed from stainless steel and polyethylene. Our inventory of tubs has a wide range of shapes and sizes to suit many industrial applications.
